💵 Refund Policy
Momentum Nation, LLC – Event Services & Ticketing
Effective Date: 07/11/2025
1. General Policy
All ticket sales and service deposits are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or governed by law.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an event is canceled by us, a full or partial refund may be issued to the original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, original tickets will remain valid. No refund will be offered unless the new date is more than 30 days from the original.
3. Client-Canceled Bookings
For B2B clients:
Deposits for event production services are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled start date, 50% of the remaining balance is still due to cover committed resources.
4. Force Majeure
Momentum Nation, LLC is not liable for refunds due to delays or cancellations resulting from acts of God, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
5. Merchandise & Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., recordings, e-tickets, downloadable assets) are non-refundable. Physical merchandise may be returned only if defective, within 14 days of receipt.
